Areas of Expertise

I provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.  Areas of expertise include anxiety disorders (including social anxiety and phobias), trauma & PTSD, OCD, and perinatal mood disorders & women's health issues.  I also assist clients with depression & mood disorders, ADHD/ADD, addiction, grief & loss, aging, parenting issues, relationship issues, family/family of origin dynamics and social skills challenges.

Fees & Insurance

Please contact the office to inquire if I am in network with your insurance company.  If you are covered with an insurance company that I do not work with, I can provide you with an itemized bill to submit directly to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.  Please contact the office for fee information.

Supervision

​

As a Board approved social work supervisor, I provide individual and group supervision to LMSW professionals.  Remote and office options are available.  Please contact the office for scheduling and fee information.
